Admissions Process

How to Apply for Acceptance
  1. Register to schedule tour
  2. Submit a completed application. 
    1. A $75 application fee is due with the form - non-refundable, one per family.
    2. A copy of a birth certificate
    3. Copy of the last report card or a teacher recommendation
    4. Schedule an assessment
To be placed on the waiting list, complete the application, including the fee and return it to the office. Students who apply will be notified by email if they are accepted for enrollment.

How to Enroll for Students who have received a letter of acceptance from the school office:
Forms to be completed:
  1. Tuition Agreement including a $200 registration fee
  2. Family Information Form 
  3. FACTS sign up for tuition payments
  4. Health Forms 
  5. Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  6. School Record Release Form (if applicable)
