Specials Schedule will be update...   NOTE 1: For summer work, each middle-school class is expected to read an assigned novel and take a quiz on it during the first full week of school. The assigned novels are as follows: G6: The Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O'Dell G7: The Miracle Worker by William Gibson G8: The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson NOTE 2: One of my former students has reached out to me about offering tutoring services to SCSS middle-school students over the summer.      I have two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree in education, as well as extensive experience in writing and editing. I taught in Hamden and Seymour and have been a middle-school teacher at Saint Catherine of Siena for thirteen years. This is the only place I want to teach! I try to maintain a calm, peaceful mindset in the classroom (and in my soul), so to that end, I try to include God in everything we do.
