Welcome to Ms. Kamienski's Sixth Grade! Specials Schedule will be updated...   Note 1: The Book Fair is this coming week. Grade 6 will be going to the Book Fair on Monday, Sept. 8. NOTE 2: For summer work, each middle-school class was expected to read an assigned novel and take a quiz on it. The assigned novels are as follows: G6: The Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O'Dell G7: The Miracle Worker by William Gibson G8: The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson NOTE 3: Throughout the year, the middle school donates food supplies, which are collected weekly at the church. Please feel free to donate!

     I have two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree in education, as well as extensive experience in writing and editing. I taught in Hamden and Seymour and have been a middle-school teacher at Saint Catherine of Siena for fourteen years. This is the only place I want to teach! I try to maintain a calm, peaceful mindset in the classroom (and in my soul), so to that end, I try to include God in everything we do.
