Returning families existing FACTS accounts will automatically roll forward for the 2022-2023 school year.
 
New families will need to create a customer profile and set up a payment plan. To get started, go to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3D3QL. All famil ies must make tuition payments through FACTS.
 
NOTE: If you have applied for tuition assistance through FACTS, you will still need to complete the process to select a tuition payment plan. You can use the same user name and password that you created for both your financial aid application and your payment plan.

  • There is a convenience fee for paying by credit card (Amer. Express, Discover, or MasterCard, Visa).
  • A $30.00 returned payment fee will apply for any payments returned as insufficient funds .
  • Any payment that is not received by FACTS by your due date is considered late, and you will receive a late fee of $25.
 
If unforeseen financial circumstances arise, e.g., loss of employment, which prohibits the fulfillment of the agreed-upon Contract, special accommodations concerning payment may be possible if you request such consideration. Please send a written request for consideration and a suggested payment plan to Elementary Schools Finance Services at the Diocese. The request must be made prior to the due date of the next scheduled payment in order to be considered. All requests will be reviewed and are subject to approval. All requests regarding special accommodations will be held in strict confidence.
 
 
Re-registration is conditional upon all prior tuition being paid in full. Failure to abide by the terms and conditions as contained in this Agreement may result in your child not receiving report cards and transcripts, not being allowed to attend school activities, or not being allowed to continue to attend classes. Your account may be turned over to an outside collection agency in the event of nonpayment.
